Drumgarry is a fantastic place for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and canoeing. The view from the balcony is amazing, and I enjoyed exploring the area. Towels were provided, and Eilean Donan Castle is just 50 km away.

Leaving Drumgarry was the only downside. What a shame!

Mountain Views: As I stepped onto the balcony of this charming villa in Ardvasar, I was welcomed by breathtaking mountain views that seemed to stretch for miles. It felt as if I had stepped into a painting, with the rugged peaks towering above me, creating a sense of awe and tranquility.

    Far from attractions.

The scenery was absolutely superb, offering breathtaking views that were truly unforgettable. The house itself was very cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly liked the fact that there were three bedrooms, which was perfect for my family of six. Additionally, the homeowner, Kyle, was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with valuable advice and guidance throughout our stay. One of the highlights for me was operating the coal heating system, which was a new and enjoyable experience.

We encountered a few drawbacks during our stay. Secondly, the chimney needed sweeping, resulting in a smelly and messy coal fire that we ultimately chose not to use.

The well-equipped kitchen and utility room were a bonus, and the crisp clean bedding and bath sheet towels added a touch of luxury. Kyle, the homeowner, was extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with advice and guidance throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the unique experience of operating the coal heating system. a highly recommended place to stay in the area.

    I recommend this hotel.

The location and views from the holiday home were absolutely stunning. Waking up to the incredible skyline from the main bedroom was a real treat. The house was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely gas hob. It was great to have both a bath and a shower available. The proximity to the Armadale ferry terminal and being only an hour away from Portree was very convenient. The local pub right on the doorstep was also a bonus, serving delicious food.

One thing that would have been nice is to have a picnic bench or outdoor table to make the most of the sunshine and the beautiful view. the doorways in the house had slightly higher joins between rooms, which led to a few bumped toes initially.

My recent stay at a lovely cottage in Skye was absolutely wonderful. The spacious rooms and beautiful decor made me feel right at home. The breathtaking views of the water from the living room were simply mesmerizing. Additionally, the location was peaceful and offered stunning scenery at every turn. I also appreciated the fact that the cottage was dog-friendly and had plenty of outdoor space for my furry friend to roam around. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep and the well-equipped kitchen provided all the amenities needed for a self-catered meal. I had a fantastic family holiday and made lasting memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area.
